One of the guys here has to export files from AutoCAD to DGN files as part of the problem issue format, but when you get to the 'Export DGN Settings' dialog box it asks you to specify seed file. He was having a problem that it was referencing our company templates folder. I did a quick search in the help files which it should me a Sample DGN Seed Files table so I have searched my C: drive and found the those files, then used those to export a drawing out as DGN file which worked.
